A place for the recipes you actually cook. Paste a link to a recipe anywhere on the web and get it back clean: ingredients on one side, steps on the other, ready to scale and cook from.

keitos (Finnish): the thing that comes out of the pot. Also, per Urbaani Sanakirja, how you say kiitos when you would rather not sound Finnish.

Ingredients

  • 1 recipe link, from any site
  • 1 fixed format, the story strained off
  • servings that scale, amounts following along
  • your corrections, added after cooking

Method

  1. Paste a link to a recipe worth keeping.
  2. Keitos reads the page and lays the recipe out clean, ingredients apart from the essay.
  3. Cook from it. Change the servings; the amounts follow.
  4. Find it again the next time you are hungry.
